Job seekers can use our no-cost resource rooms to research jobs, prepare resumes, fax applications, or assess their skills. We also provide workshops, scholarships for education, and short-term training programs. Our services encompass serving a wide variety of job seekers such as veterans, youth, older workers, people with disabilities, and other special populations.
Families who are working or in school may be eligible for child care financial assistance. Workforce Solutions assists parents in locating a quality child care provider. Information is also available for individuals or organizations interested in providing child care services for our customers.
The Student HireAbility Navigator (SHN) initiative provides support and coordination around the region to grow and improve workforce transition services offered to students with disabilities and their families.
Vocational Rehabilitation Services
Individuals with a physical, mental, or cognitive impairment or disability that creates barriers to employment, may be eligible for services to help prepare for, obtain, maintain or advance in employment or post-secondary education. Texas Workforce Solutions-Vocational Rehabilitation Services assists individuals with any disability in partnership with Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas.
