COVID-19 Event Protocol

The health and safety of all participants, volunteers, and staff is our highest priority. Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas recognizes a specialized career planning event like What's Next would be difficult to replicate in a virtual environment and hopes all individuals will feel safe and comfortable participating in-person with the following measures in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:

  • Temperature screening before entry
  • All staff, volunteers, and participants must wear masks inside the facility
  • Frequent cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces and common areas
  • Hand sanitizer available throughout the facility
  • Reduced capacity and staggered schedules to ensure social distancing
  • Individual packets with pens and paper for students to limit item sharing
  • Good hygiene practices encouraged including frequent hand washing and covering coughs/sneezes
