General Information
Workforce Solutions is committed to those who are dedicated to service to our country! We are honored to assist all current/ prior military members and eligible spouses with job search and training needs. Veterans and eligible spouses receive priority access to services. Priority of service means preference is granted to access all the resources our Workforce Center provides (i.e. computers, phones, faxes and referrals to new job postings), and we ensure prompt service by the next available staff member. Priority of service applies when accessing training programs as long as requirements of the program are met and funding is available. Workforce Solutions also works closely with local Texas Veterans Commission staff to provide tailored support at our Center locations.
Military to Civilian
This is an opportunity with specialized services for transitioning service members, recently separated veterans, and military spouses. Whether entering the civilian workforce for the first time, exploring new career paths, or navigating a major transition — we’re here to help on the path to a successful career. Services are free and tailored specifically for the military community.
