Best Practices for Employers & the Workplace
Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas (WFSWCT), in collaboration with partners, has developed an assessment tool for employers exploring opportunities for growth and strategies to maintain a competitive edge. The survey supports broad workforce development priorities in West Central Texas including best practices in recruitment, hiring, workplace culture, training and advancement, and wages and benefits. Customized results are generated using a proprietary scoring method developed by WFSWCT in consultation with national and local industry experts. Data collected from this survey will also help guide the development of resources and tools to more closely assist employers in the priority areas most relevant to their business or organization.
