GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Performs complex (journey-level) administrative support work. The Office Manager is responsible for administrative support for State Parks Division Region 1. Provides customer service, answers telephone calls, and provides information and assistance to park visitors and general public. Creates various correspondence, maintains files, mail distribution, and is responsible for records management and supply inventory. Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Maintains accounting ledgers and monitors expenditures. Processes and tracks travel vouchers, timesheets, vehicle logs, and purchasing actions for park. Utilizes the department's budgeting and reporting systems, checks on status of contracts, and is responsible for budget inquires. Assists in the public interpretation programs. Performs general cleaning and maintenance of facilities and park. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Performs additional duties as assigned. Complies with all Agency, Division and branch rules, regulations and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Graduation from High School or GED.
Experience:
Three years experience performing administrative support duties.
Licensure:
If driving is required, applicant must possess a valid State driver’s license.
