ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Record journal entries and complete account reconciliations for all plant accounts
• Maintain construction in progress subledger and work with factory and corporate teams to close projects as needed
• Support Plant Controller with perpetual inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and data entry
• Assist Plant Controller with audit and reporting of plant financial controls testing
• Provide support for ad hoc projects related to plant finances and accounting

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree
• At least 3-5 years of accounting/analysis within plant/manufacturing facility
• Prior experience working in a plant/manufacturing environment
• Cost accounting experience and ability to reconcile ERP transactions
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Solid systems skills including working knowledge of Excel

SALARY

• $65,000 - $75,000 per year, DOE
