Drill Spot - Hard Head Veterans specializes in the production of ballistic helmets and accessories.
As the Senior Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes of ballistic and other safety helmets at our new facility located in Sweetwater, Texas. You will be ultimately responsible for helping create life-saving equipment.
Outcomes:
- Setup, operate, and maintain equipment used in the manufacturing of ballistic helmets. This includes automated fabric cutters, hydraulic presses, robotic arm water-jets, injection molding machines, paint booths and other miscellaneous equipment.
- Train employees in manufacturing and lean principles.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years experience in FANUC/ABB/ Robots or related Robotic equipment.
- 5+ years experience in a Plastics Injection Molding environment.
Salary:
- $85,000 - $125,000, based on qualifications and experience.
