Job Description:
Our team is looking to hire a Family Support Specialist to develop strong relationships with families in order to provide service coordination, support, and training to assist families in meeting the needs of their children, and enhancing parents' role as the primary influence on their child's education and development. MUST LIVE IN SERVICE AREA (Fisher or Nolan County).)
Responsibilities:
- Develop action plans and perform IN-HOME consultations with children & their legal guardians.
- Share twenty-four on-call responsibilities to ensure that all client's needs are met in a timely fashion.
- Some evening hours required
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK - This is a full-time position, with hours of work occurring during the day, evening and weekend; however, this position can occasionally require long hours.
Salary:
- $46,000 - $50,100 per year
