ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Covering trim, floors, and other surfaces with tape
- Preparing surfaces to be painted by them, filing holes and cracks with putty and plaster and sanding until they are smooth
- Interior and exterior painting rent houses
- Trim installation
- Apply caulking
- Keep workspace and tools clean
- Follow safeguards, rules, and regulations
- Mixing and matching paint,stain,and other finishes to job specifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Paint experience is recommended
- Drywall, and mudding experience is required
- Sheetrock installation, mudding, taping, or texturing is a plus, but not required
- Familiar with painting tools and materials
- Must be able to lift and move up to 55 lbs.
- $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
