Job Duties:

- Trimming to remove fat, hide, defects or contamination from muscle and tissues.
- Supporting roles in the processing of beef.
- General use of a knife or other tools.
- Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing and boxing finished product.
- Ensuring food safety and quality.
- Cleanliness and housekeeping while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces at varied heights; moving mechanical parts; fast-paced warm/cool environment; standing the entire shift, the use of stairs, and the use of PPE which is required in all areas of the facility.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Salary: $16.00/Hour
