The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Assisting with Office Maintenance;
- Assisting with Site Cleanups;
- Maintaining Lawns (Mowing, Edging);
- Designing Landscaping;
- Maintaining Landscaped Areas;
- Doing Unit Inspections (Annual);
- Maintaining Parts Inventory (Input);
- Inspecting & Maintaining Playgrounds;
- Perform PMS on Lawn Equipment;
- Check and Service Irrigation System;
- Prune & Trim Trees on-Sites;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of work experience in general maintenance
- Must have the ability to work independently and under general supervision, requiring little supervision
- Demonstrate the ability to exercise sound judgment around hazardous materials and heavy equipment
- Skill in multitasking- coordinating simultaneous mental, manual and visual activities
- Able to read and apply new policies and procedures
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Have great customer service and people skills
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors
- Must be able to work in extreme climate conditions (rain, heat, cold, ice, snow)
- Must be at least 18 years or older
