Supervisor I - Nolan SRA

Summary/Objective:
The primary functions of the Supervisor I, in his/her operational facility, are to ensure that all requirements of the Performance Work Statement / Statement of Work (PWS/SOW) are met or exceeded, and all services are performed within quality standards and cost objectives and in support of the mission of WSC.
Essential Functions:
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
- Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed, maintaining a clean and safe work area, ensuring all employees are trained as required
- Monitors safety aspects relating to facility, equipment, and personnel; taking corrective educational actions as required
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining facility supplies and storage areas
Licenses/Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
- Valid Driver’s License with certificate of insurability (corporate auto policy)
- Drug Screen
- WSC background check
- Appropriate background check for contract i.e., NACI, TxDOT, DPS
