Job Description:

Report for duty promptly in proper uniform and physical condition.
Consistent attendance is a requirement for this position. Excessive tardiness will result in disciplinary action.
Conduct pre-trip/ post-trip inspection of assigned bus/van to ensure safety.
Must collect proper fare and/or passes. If issues occur concerning fares, the employee will contact Dispatch or Supervisor.
Interact with all CityLink passengers in a professional and courteous manner. Must practice good customer service skills in dealing with difficult situations.
Assist passengers when boarding/departing the bus/van while ensuring you comply with federal mandates as they relate to those with disabilities including mobility devices.
