Case Managers are responsible for making home visits to screen persons referred to Meals on Wheels Plus, Inc. for services, as well as making update visits to current clients. Must have strong organizational and administrative skills and knowledge of adult services and volunteer programs. Full Time, Day Shift, Pay starting at 11.50/hr. Medical/Health Insurance plans available. Two weeks paid vacation and ten days of sick leave annually.
