Supply Technician

Description:

• This position performs limited aspects of technical supply management work, related to depot, local, or other supply activities. 
• Work usually is segregated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. 
• Shall be proficient performing all operator, data entry, and retrieval functions. 

Salary: $32.21 per hour

Skills:

• Must have a good working knowledge of U.S. Air Force policies, methods, and technical publications. 
• Must be familiar with manual and automated methods of supply administration. 
• Must have a working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines. 
• Overall knowledge of a complete supply system to include research, stock control, demand processing, issuing, storage, and handling of supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Logistics Specialist school or equivalent. 
• Three (3) years' experience in supply functions. 
• Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift 3rd and weekend shift. 
• Satisfactory completion National Agency Check Local Records Check and Credit (NACLC), and Access National Agency Check with written Inquires (ANACI) resulting in eligibility for a SECRET clearance shall be required of all employees.
