Occupational Therapist Registered

Qualifications: 

• Licensure by Texas State Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners. 
• Certification by National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy. 
• Current CPR. 
• Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, proof of liability insurance.

Primary Function: 

• Evaluates patients, plan and administer occupational therapy treatments, and re-evaluate patient's progress during and following treatment.
• Applicants that receive a job offer will be subject to a criminal history/background check and a drug screen. 

Salary: $33.00 - $57.56 / hour
