Construction Mechanical Commissioning Supervisor

Job Description:

This role involves overseeing liquid cooling systems, HVAC, and other critical infrastructure, ensuring safe, efficient operation from testing to handover. 

The ideal candidate brings 5-7 years of commissioning experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of high-efficiency cooling technologies. 

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour, EPA 608 (Universal), or Commissioning Professional (CCP) certification preferred. Knowledge of liquid cooling systems (e.g., CDU, immersion cooling) is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, including liquid cooling, precision cooling, and high-efficiency HVAC systems for data centers.

Other important requirements:

• Pre-employment screening, including background check and substance testing may be required according to company policies.
• Must provide own steel-toed work boots; other PPE will be supplied.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the work site daily or have plans to relocate before starting work.

Salary: $39.00 - $43.00 / hour
